About ST Angel Healthcare Services
ST Angel Healthcare Services Inc is a Maryland-based behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) services provider founded in Waldorf, Charles County. Our organization was established with a clear vision: to address the critical gap in quality, person-centered care for some of our community's most vulnerable individuals.
We are currently in our credentialing and licensing phase with active Carelon and DDA Qualified Service Provider (QSP) applications submitted. Our Type 2 NPI is on file, positioning us for full operational readiness upon licensure approval.
ST Angel is actively raising a $650,000 seed round to fund initial operations, staffing, and facility buildout. We are also in discussions with EagleBank regarding SBA 7(a) financing to support our growth trajectory and Virginia expansion plans.
